Level 3 - Attunement for Reiki Master with additional Reiki symbols and reiki energy booster. Reiki Master certifies you to teach others.

What does EFT tapping do? EFT tapping is a mind-body method of tapping acupuncture points (acupoints) on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on an issue or feeling you're hoping to resolve. This method may reduce stress and anxiety, improve performance, lessen cravings, and help resolve fears. In a clinical setting with a licensed therapist, it may help relieve the symptoms of PTSD, phobias, and other mental health issues.

What does TFT tapping do? TFT is an energy tapping technique which involves tapping on various acupuncture points on the body. This helps to alleviate distress including stress, anxiety, PTSD and cravings. Most individuals experience significant relief from their problem within a few minutes.

What is the difference between EFT & TFT tapping?TFT tapping points and sequences are based on which specific emotion the client is feeling at the moment. In EFT, the same generalized sequence for tapping points is used, making it more of a “one size fits all” solution.
